This policy explains how Urban Edge Contracts Ltd ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website. We are the data controller. Registered office: 9 Belfield Road, Stockport, SK5 6NY. Company No. 17145049.
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, any services you select and the message you send. We do not collect payment details on this site.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a quote or clean. We do not use it for marketing without your consent.
We process contact-form data under Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Where we rely on consent — for example any future marketing — that basis is Article 6(1)(a).
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties. It is kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet our legal obligations.
Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months from your last contact, after which it is deleted. Where a booking becomes a contract, related records are kept for 6 years to meet HMRC and accounting obligations.
This site uses only a single essential cookie to remember your cookie-banner choice. No analytics or advertising cookies are set.

We provide commercial, office, domestic and specialist cleaning across Greater Manchester as described on this site. Prices shown are starting rates; a firm quote is confirmed before work begins.
Enquiries are made via the contact form or by phone. No payment is taken through this website. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a scope and quote with you.
Work is invoiced separately after the clean or on the agreed contract schedule. Payment terms are set out on the invoice.
Domestic and one-off bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge; cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a call-out fee. Contract terms for commercial clients are agreed in writing.
If a completed clean falls short of the agreed scope, tell us within 48 hours and we will re-clean the affected areas free of charge. Where a re-clean isn't practical, we will refund a fair proportion of the fee for that visit.
